獨一無二的美味咖喱

1974年，位於日本愛知縣有一間咖啡館，名為"天天吃也不厭，那麼不可思議的誘人咖喱"。此咖啡館的店主就是創業CoCo壱番屋的崇次德二和直美夫婦。

那時候，崇次夫婦為了研究出適合業務用的咖喱，認為那種味道未能達到要求，於是日以計夜研究更美味的咖喱。

經過多次的嘗試和失敗，終於研究出原味及獨一無二的美味咖喱。此咖喱的評價流傳之下極受大衆歡迎，於1978年咖喱專門店開業，名為「CurryHouseCoCo壱番屋」。
