獨一無二的美味咖喱

1978年,位於日本愛知縣有一間咖啡室,名為"天天吃也不厭,那麼不可思議的誘人咖喱"。 此咖啡室的店主就是CoCo壱番屋的創辦人宗次德二和直美夫婦。

那時候,宗次夫婦認為當時的咖喱味道未能達到要求,為了研究出適合業務用的咖喱,於是日以計夜地鑽研更美味的咖喱。

經過多次的嘗試和失敗,終於研究出原創及獨一無二的美味咖喱。此咖喱的評價在流傳之下極受大衆歡迎,更於1978年開設咖喱專門店,名為「Curry House CoCo壱番屋」。

In 1978, there was a coffee shop in Aichi, Japan, renowned for its delicious curry — a flavor so enchanting that people could enjoy eating it every day. The owners of this coffee shop were Tokuji Munetsugu and Naomi Munetsugu, the founders of CoCo Ichibanya.

At the time, Mr. and Mrs. Munetsugu felt that the curry did not yet meet their standards for restaurant use, so they devoted themselves to developing the perfect curry sauce.

After many attempts and failures, they finally created the original and uniquely delicious curry that would become the foundation of CoCo Ichibanya.

As the popularity of the curry spread, the first “Curry House CoCo Ichibanya” opened in 1978.

截至2026年4月,CoCo壹番屋共擁有1,503家分店,其中1,285家位於日本本土,而海外分店則分佈在美國(12家,分佈在夏威夷與洛杉磯)、中國大陸(26家)、台灣(43家)、韓國(40家)、泰國(45家)、香港(9家)、新加坡(5家)、印尼(11家)、菲律賓(18家)、越南(5家)、英國(2家)與印度(2家)等地
